## Working a finding

Each finding gets an owner, a due date and a plan. Larger fixes become [projects](/guides/programs#projects). Formal changes can run through change control and corrective and preventive action (CAPA).

## Closing

Close a finding with evidence of the fix. Closed items stay in the audit trail.
