The **Workflow builder** automates recurring work such as quarterly access reviews, evidence refreshes and policy acknowledgements.

## Build a workflow

1. Choose a trigger: a schedule, an event or a manual start.
2. Add steps: create tasks, request evidence, send notifications, wait for approval.
3. Save. New workflows start inactive until someone activates them.
