Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Explorer plan lets you try the platform with real work.

Can I change plans mid-term?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period.

Data and security

Does cSquare write to my connected systems?

Evidence connectors are read-only. Collaboration connectors such as Jira or Slack only create tickets or messages when you or a workflow asks them to.

Where are my integration credentials stored?

In an encrypted credential vault. They are only used to collect evidence for your workspace.

Can auditors see everything?

No. Client auditors see only the programs you share with them, and every view is logged.

Fibo

Does Fibo make changes without asking?

No. In Do and Build modes Fibo names exactly what will change and waits for you to confirm. Bulk changes get a dry run first.

Is Fibo's advice legal advice?

No. Fibo prepares work and cites the underlying regulation; your team and your auditor make the decisions.

Audits

Will my auditor accept evidence from cSquare?

Evidence keeps its source, collection time and the control it supports, which is what auditors look for. Share it with them directly through a client auditor account.

How do I know when I am ready for an audit?

Watch the audit readiness score and clear any stale evidence first.
