Lists policies grouped by master document, with lifecycle state, owning programs and template provenance.

Requires Ask mode. Fibo reads your live data and changes nothing.

What you get back

One row per policy master with program pills, status (treating approved and published as the same live state) and origin.

Limits

Attachments on a policy are not separate policies. Counting them as policies is a known failure mode Fibo must avoid.
