Work the risk register

Reads, creates and updates risk entries with 1–25 scoring, treatment strategy, owner and linked controls.

Requires Do mode. Fibo writes back to the platform, one change at a time, and confirms first.

What you get back

A scored register view, or a written risk with its computed score band (Critical ≥16, High ≥9, Medium ≥4).

Limits

Scores are computed from likelihood × impact. Fibo does not override the scoring scale.
